Academy Groupings Summer 2021
In order to give each player a chance to find success on the field while being challenged, we create groups according to ability level, physicality, and use age only as a starting point. We do not stray drastically from our age groups, but don't want to be restricted by age when making decisions for players. It is a process that we put a lot of thought into each session to make the best groupings possible for the benefit of all players who have signed up.
After the groupings are set, then we create balanced teams within the group that will compete against each other on game day. However, for practices, they will train together with group members based on which practice day they are assigned, either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
